Job Overview

The Family Advocate/Co-Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring full enrollment at assigned sites, providing case management services, and promoting various family support services, including health, nutrition, and education. Key duties include data management, home visits, service referrals, training for families, monitoring attendance, and assisting with billing and staff scheduling. The role requires collaboration with families, staff, and community partners to enhance children's development and support school readiness.

Qualifications

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a degree in Social Work or a related field. Experience with Head Start programs, data tracking systems, and relevant performance standards is preferred.
