Job Title: Customer Success Coordinator
Location: On-site (4335 Mt. Carmel Tobasco Rd)
Pay: $45,000 - $50,000/yr
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional, confident, and proactive Customer Success Coordinator to serve as the central communication hub of our organization.
This role is communication driven. The primary responsibility is to proactively and professionally communicate between our Sales, Delivery, and Service teams, while also serving as a key point of contact for our customers.
You will spend much of your day on the phone and communicating with people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, takes pride in clear communication, and understands that great customer experience starts with keeping everyone informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Service departments
- Proactively communicate timelines, job status updates, and next steps to customers
- Ensure internal teams have clear, accurate, and timely information
- Identify and resolve communication gaps before they become problems
- Handle high-volume phone communication with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain clear documentation of communications in company systems
- Support smooth handoffs between departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and consistency in every interaction

Qualifications
- Background in communications, customer experience, operations, or a related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable being on the phone for a large portion of the day
- Confident communicating with customers, sales professionals, and service teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and calm under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in a service-based or customer-facing environment preferred
