We specialize in large-format printing, signage, displays, construction drawings, and print solutions for businesses across many industries. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a friendly, motivated professional to be the welcoming face and voice of our business.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and customer-focused. You will be responsible for handling walk-in customer needs, answering phones and emails, invoicing completed jobs, and supporting daily front-office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Monitor and respond to customer emails with clear, helpful communication

• Create and process billing for jobs ready for pickup or delivery

• Coordinate with production staff and delivery drivers to ensure accurate order fulfillment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area

• Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, invoicing systems)

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience in a printing, signage, or service industry setting is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm)

• Pay: $16–$21 per hour, based on experience

• Benefits available: Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
