We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join our team and family owned company. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations, including customer service, scheduling, and managing supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, provide quotes, and schedule pickups
- Order supplies and assist with shipping
- List products online and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle case resolutions, returns, and other customer support tasks
- Assist the owner with various administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent or higher
