Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team. If you are looking for a company where you will be part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!
$65,000 to $85,000, salary based on experience.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for sales and accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to Builders
*Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
•Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
•Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
•Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
•Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
•Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
•Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
•Experience with the Builder industry is preferred.
•Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
•Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
•Be able to work independently and problem solve.
