Entry Level Customer Service Representative
Akron Driving Academy is hiring an entry level Customer Service Representative - Social Media Assistant
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A customer first mindset
- Be able to communicate both by phone and on online platform
- Will work as part of our on site sales team
They will be responsible for:
- Contacting sales leads
- Booking school tours
- Greeting potential students
- Presenting our courses to potential students
- Signing potential students to contracts - commission based sales
- Assisting current students as required
- Optimizing our marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Managing and growing our cross platform social media presence
Should be comfortable with:
- Developing sales leads
- Customer service
- Community engagement
- Social media platforms and content development
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong sense of urgency and be able to work both independently online and in the office with students
- This position reports directly to our School Director and includes sales, marketing and customer service responsibilities
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, design, editing, and content tools is strongly preferred
- The candidate should be able to track and analyze engagement data and serve as a representative at trade shows and events as required
Experience in:
- Customer Contact
- Sales
- Communications
- Marketing
- Brand Management
- Media Production is required
Applicants with 2-3 years of related experience in any of the above fields are preferred.
