<p>Partners Professional is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for a temporary/contract position in Fairfield OH. This position will be on-site, Monday through Friday with set hours of 8:00- 5:00. The selected candidate will have worked in a call center or similar office environment previously.</p>
<ul>
<li>Answering inquiries regarding orders through phone, email and fax (80%)</li>
<li>Scanning of invoices and assisting with AP processes</li>
<li>Additional clerical duties as needed</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook</li>
<li>Good communication skills- speaking clearly, professionally, appropriate language and grammar, verbally as well as written</li>
<li>Good listening skills, ability to ask questions, provide solutions</li>
<li>Must have experience working in a customer service role (not retail, food service) in an office environment</li>
<li>Live in a comfortable commuting distance and a proven track record of reliability and punctuality.</li>
