We’re looking for a dependable Health & Safety Manager to support our mission of delivering safe, clean, and compliant sanitation solutions for customers across the region.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and enforce Porta Kleen safety and occupational health policies
- Coordinate, conduct, and document safety training for all assigned locations
- Perform safety audits, inspections, and observations; provide reports to management
- Investigate incidents, ensure corrective actions, and maintain required documentation
- Lead Safety Improvement Committees and support development of work standards
- Manage safety personnel, including supervisors, specialists, and technicians, as needed
What You'll Need
- Associate degree plus First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- OSHA 30 (General Industry or Construction)
- Safety coursework (PPE, respiratory protection, electrical safety, ergonomics, etc.)
- 3+ years of field safety experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
