Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager/FOH (Front of House) Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional fine dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a deep understanding of food service operations. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant functions, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Previous experience in quick service, fine dining, and catering environments is highly valued. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive team environment and driving operational excellence while providing elite customer service to reflect the true definition of fine dining.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery and uphold customer satisfaction standards
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure consistency and quality in line with restaurant standards
  • Manage POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
  • Control inventory levels, monitor stock usage, and coordinate with kitchen management for food supply needs
  • Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, POS operation, and safety procedures
  • Handle shift management by scheduling staff, assigning duties, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and oversee proper food handling procedures
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize restaurant profitability
  • Lead efforts in staff interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives
  • Coordinate with kitchen management on food production schedules, catering events, banquet services, and special functions such as parties or corporate events
  • Foster a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality excellence and team collaboration
