What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional service to both our client and temporary associates.
Job Duties:
- Supervise our temporary associates throughout the shift, ensuring that they are complying with GMPs and PPE.
- Participate in trainings and meetings
- Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
- Maintain effective and constant communication with company's management
- Process payroll and paid sick leave time
- Provide exceptional customer service to our associates and client company management
Job Requirements:
- Background in warehouse lead or supervision is needed
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Quick thinker, problem solver, and multi-tasker
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
- Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
