Job DescriptionJob Title: Baler Operator $19/hr Responsibilities
- Operate baling equipment to compress and bundle.
- Monitor the baling process to ensure proper operation and quality of bales.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of baling equipment.
- Sort and prepare materials for baling.
- Maintain accurate records of bales produced and materials processed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Work Environment
The work environment is extremely clean with a total of 180 employees between Ohio and Michigan sites (Ohio is larger). There are two shifts available: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm or 9am-5:30pm for Quality Department roles, and 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
