Qualifications
<ul>
<li>At least 21 years old </li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Significant experience with horse health, riding, and training</li>
<li>Experience teaching youth</li>
<li>Horse care</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee both the main barn and Lazy T equestrian programs</li>
<li>Manage the overall health and scheduling of 20 horses</li>
<li>Manage, lead, and support your staff</li>
<li>Use horses to create impactful programs for kids</li>
<li>Ensure program safety and progression</li>
<li>Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices</li>
