We’re looking for a Mortgage Lending Systems Administrator to own, optimize, and support the technology that powers our mortgage lending operations—from origination to secondary market delivery.

???? What You’ll Do

As a key member of our mortgage team, you’ll be responsible for the administration, configuration, and performance of our Loan Origination System (LOS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and related mortgage platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as system administrator for LOS, POS, and ancillary mortgage technologies

• Configure users, roles, workflows, templates, and forms to improve efficiency

• Manage system updates, releases, patches, and integrations

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support

• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance

• Analyze workflows and implement automation and process improvements

• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials

• Onboard and train users; manage service tickets and enhancement requests

• Support audits, exams, reporting, and secondary market loan preparation

• Set daily mortgage rates

• Participate in vendor evaluations and mortgage technology roadmap planning

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree/certification in IT, Business, or related field preferred)

• Experience in mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or mortgage systems administration

• Strong understanding of credit granting practices and mortgage workflows

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage high volumes of detail with accuracy and consistency

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, vendors, and leadership

• Proficient with mortgage systems, integrations, reporting, and data management
