We’re looking for a Mortgage Lending Systems Administrator to own, optimize, and support the technology that powers our mortgage lending operations—from origination to secondary market delivery.
???? What You’ll Do
As a key member of our mortgage team, you’ll be responsible for the administration, configuration, and performance of our Loan Origination System (LOS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and related mortgage platforms.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Serve as system administrator for LOS, POS, and ancillary mortgage technologies

Configure users, roles, workflows, templates, and forms to improve efficiency

Manage system updates, releases, patches, and integrations

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support

Monitor system performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance

Analyze workflows and implement automation and process improvements

Create and maintain system documentation and training materials

Onboard and train users; manage service tickets and enhancement requests

Support audits, exams, reporting, and secondary market loan preparation

Set daily mortgage rates

Participate in vendor evaluations and mortgage technology roadmap planning

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (degree/certification in IT, Business, or related field preferred)

Experience in mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or mortgage systems administration

Strong understanding of credit granting practices and mortgage workflows

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to manage high volumes of detail with accuracy and consistency

Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, vendors, and leadership

Proficient with mortgage systems, integrations, reporting, and data management
