What Youll Own
Grade, sort, and stack pallets and gaylords with speed and accuracy
Swap out full bins, totes, and bags; replace them with empties to keep material moving in our shredding plant
Keep the area clean, organized, and ready for the next production run
Follow safety guidelines and procedures without shortcuts
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in a production role
Must be 18+ and able to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Forklift Experience not required but highly preferred
Pay & Benefits
$18.00$20.00/hour based on experience
Day shift only withflexible weekday schedule options
No weekends. No mandatory OT.
