Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $45,000 – $52,000 annually
Job Summary
The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operational excellence, service quality, safety compliance, and workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, reporting, and data collection
- Monitor operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service delivery
- Ensure budget adherence in coordination with management
- Supervise and support operations supervisors and staff
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Promote safety, productivity, and team engagement
- Handle customer complaints, investigations, and follow-up
- Support labor relations, including grievance resolution
- Maintain staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll approval
- Participate in hiring and supervision of operations leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–4 years of related operations or transportation management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License required
