We are seeking a mission-driven Financial Services Associate to join our Grand Heights team. In this role, you will be the face of our commitment to "Protecting People, Businesses, and Futures" by providing expert guidance on financial products and contract provisions. You’ll enjoy a supportive team environment and a hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office) that balances collaboration with flexibility.
salary: $18 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, brokers, and agents, resolving inquiries via phone and written correspondence with empathy and precision.
- Accurately process monetary transactions and policy adjustments within assigned limits
- Identify and research routine errors, implementing corrective processing to maintain the accuracy of our records and reports.
- Stay current on federal and state regulations, as well as evolving company product provisions
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems (PC/CRT) simultaneously
- Experience within the insurance or financial services industry (specifically with annuities or mutual funds) - Preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Hybrid Flexibility: A balanced work model requiring only two days per week in our Grand Heights office.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay: $19/hr
