- Perform as head pizza cook
- Make from scratch pizza dough and sauce daily
- Prep pizza ingredients
- Hand stretch homemade pizza dough and create pizzas to customer's specifications.
- Operate & clean wood fired pizza oven.
- Organize food prep station and keep replenished.
- Ensure pizza area is clean, organized and maintained during operations
- Clean and organize after operation hours
- Comply with sanitation and safety guidelines
- Communicate with Manager to fill orders and address any issues
- Work and communicate with other staff to ensure smooth operation
We will train as needed.
