```Duties:```
- Perform service and repairs on a variety of commercial kitchen and cooking equipment, including plumbing, HVAC/R systems, and property maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in equipment repair or related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and cooking equipment, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, and property maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
