What You’ll Do:
- Review contracts and orders to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and organize closing documents, including loan details, fees, and wire instructions
- Communicate with lenders, agents, and other parties to gather missing information and clarify details
- Verify figures and fees for accuracy prior to closing
- Assemble and review final document packages for closing
- Request lender approval to release funds once all conditions are met
- Submit and follow up on official document recordings after closing

- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Values accuracy, reliability, and teamwork
- Thrives in structured, behind-the-scenes roles
- Office administration or clerical work
- Background in real estate, mortgage, banking, or document-heavy roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Service industry experience is a plus
