The Receptionist is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below:
Job Responsibilities
- Promptly and warmly greet, meet, and answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department.
- Greet customers
- Distribute mail and coordinate courier pick ups.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as faxing , taking notes, organizing, photocopying and laminating.
- Maintaining the coffee station.
- May cross train to perform other duties.
