Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Position Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting the growth and performance of the sales team. This position is responsible for developing and mentoring new sales representatives, ensuring effective training, and maintaining high standards of operational and sales execution. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate closely with both sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and drive revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales representatives through comprehensive field and classroom training.
- Conduct daily ride-alongs with any sales performer falling below the company benchmark.
- Lead weekly developmental sales training sessions in the office.
- Assist the Operations Manager in running effective and motivating sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and clean back-end business processes to ensure profitability.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Operations and Project Managers to review business performance and hold accountability for both customer and internal commitments.
- Work closely with the production team to support job installation, customer communication, cancelation prevention, resolution of escalated customer issues, and tracking of project funding.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as part of job responsibilities.
