Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Job type: Full-Time.
Salary: $40k-$100k. Earn a base salary PLUS a competitive commission and bonus structure.
Location: Cincinnati, OH (On the Road).

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage a sales territory with a focus on driving new business and growing existing accounts.
- Represent a wide portfolio of janitorial and food service products with a consultative, solution-driven sales approach.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, healthcare, food service, commercial, and institutional facilities.
- Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly schedule and conduct on-site visits and remote follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the janitorial supplies or food service distribution industry.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person client visits.
