Senior Tax Manager- Up to $165K + Bonus (up to 15%+) + Commission

We’re seeking a few Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers who are ready to take the lead in shaping a high-performing tax function while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule and the career upside that comes from being part of an employee owned organization.
What You’ll Do
As a senior leader on our tax team, you will:
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on complex tax matters with a long-term planning mindset.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring quality, accuracy, and a culture of growth.
- Oversee the review of federal and state tax returns, including individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate filings. 100% review role
- Drive tax strategy and planning initiatives, partnering closely with wealth advisors, financial planners, and internal stakeholders across the firm.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource, staying current on tax developments and proactively identifying opportunities for clients.
- Play a key role in process improvement, leveraging technology and best practices as our national footprint expands.

What We’re Looking For
- CPA or EA required
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally within wealth management, public accounting, or a similar advisory-focused environment.
- Proven leadership experience and a passion for developing others.
- Deep technical knowledge across individual, fiduciary, and pass-through entity taxation.
- A consultative mindset and strong communication skills—someone who enjoys client interaction and complex problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented firm.
