Position Overview
Results Driven REI is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound and inbound sales activity, qualify prospects, and generate consistent pipeline for our closing team.
This role is designed for individuals with real sales experience — not administrative support. The ideal candidate has worked in a performance-driven sales environment, is comfortable on the phone, understands revenue impact, and takes ownership of their numbers.
The SDR functions as an appointment setter within the sales process, directly contributing to revenue by creating qualified sales opportunities through daily execution.

Strong ability to engage, qualify, and advance sales conversations

Comfort working toward clear KPIs (calls, connects, booked appointments)

Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls

Qualify prospects using consultative discovery and sales criteria

Drive pipeline by booking qualified sales conversations for closers

Apply objection-handling techniques and value-based selling frameworks

Follow structured scripts while adapting to real-time conversations

Track outreach, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems

Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance benchmarks

Collaborate with sales leadership to improve call quality and conversions
Required Qualifications (Benchmark-Aligned)

Prior experience in sales, inside sales, SDR, F&I, call center, or high-ticket sales

Demonstrated comfort with phone-heavy sales activity

Experience working toward measurable sales or activity goals

Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills

Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced sales environment

Availability to work a set, full-time Monday–Friday schedule
Preferred Qualifications

Experience qualifying leads or setting appointments for closers

Exposure to CRM systems and tracked sales workflows

Background in real estate, automotive, powersports, insurance, telecom, or similar industries
