We are currently searching for a Maintenance Mechanic for its facility located in Byesville, Ohio. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this person will be responsible for helping the Byesville Maintenance team with continuous production.
What you'll do:

<li>Organize, and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment with emphasis on equipment uptime and to resolve quality and production related issues in the spirit of continuous improvement, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.</li>
<li>Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.</li>
<li>Conduct routine maintenance of electrical equipment, wiring, and resources.</li>
<li>Work with maintenance and production personnel in analyzing and troubleshooting equipment failures.</li>
<li>Clearly communicate maintenance situations from one shift to another, including to the Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Superintendent and Plant Manager.</li>
