POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for the completion of engineering and construction projects by planning, organizing and controlling all elements of the project. The project engineer supervises all development and implementation of a project. He/she also oversees development and property management upgrades/ changes and is actively involved in any other project-related work as needed and directed by the Sr. Project Manager. Is also responsible to manage onsite stored material inventory, assist Sr. Project Superintendent with schedule management, issuing RFIs and reviewing Submittals.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Assist in managing Owner and Architect correspondence including OAC meetings and creating of minutes.</li>
<li>Managing project close out, warranties, lien releases, punch list items, attic stock products and key</li>
<li>Assist the Sr. Project Manager on all aspects of the project financially including contracts, projections, billings etc. as needed or requested by the Sr. Project Manager.</li>
<li>Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project as directed by the Sr. Site Superintendent and/or the Sr. Project Manager.</li>
<li>Prepares status reports and regularly monitors dumpsters, rentals, storage units, general labor), subcontractors and schedules. Allocates project resources appropriately. Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects as required or requested.</li>
<li>Maintains a safe, clean and productive field office environment through enforcing procedures. Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and federal regulations, required by OSHA and the local building department.</li>
<li>Prepares a detailed procurement log that corresponds to the project schedule and tracks the materials for the project in line with the needs of the project schedule to ensure a positive, uninterrupted work flow. This also requires contacting subcontractors and suppliers frequently to follow up and reconfirm or adjust delivery dates as needed.</li>
<li>Prepares unit turn to management acceptance sheets, attends unit walk inspections with property management and creates punch lists as required and follow up with direct communication to Sr. Project Manager, Sr. Site Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents throughout the unit acceptance process.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Attends scheduling meetings and maintains the white board 3 week look ahead with input provided by the Sr. Site Superintendent and Sr. Project Manager.</li>
<li>Attends field meeting as required.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>College degree in construction management, engineering or related field, preferred.</li>
<li>Should demonstrate knowledge in building principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, project management methods and workplace safety.</li>
<li>Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; ProCore software preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read and follow construction plans and diagrams</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills a must, both verbal and written</li>

Job Description
The Water Distribution Maintenance position involves a broad range of duties associated with repair, maintenance, and inspection of the water distribution system. 
Essential Job Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Responds to emergencies, deal with the public, and safely operate and maintain the water distribution system.</li>
<li>Locate and repair buried pipes and leaks.</li>
<li>Make pipe connections and flush and clean pipes.</li>
<li>Work safely in streets while protecting road users and pedestrians from work areas in streets and sidewalks.</li>
<li>Operates dump truck.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications: 
Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED. A valid Ohio Driver's license with a safe driving record and a drug screening are required. 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Applicants should have construction experience, including excavations'. Preferably, applicant would have experience in waterline, valve and hydrant repair and installation, service connections and meter setting; good written and verbal communication skills; ability to have effective working relationships with fellow coworkers, public officials and the general public. This position will include physical labor, including working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. This position requires emergency call out response during scheduled on call hours. 
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: 
Starting: $20.50/hr. to start, but may commensurate with experience.
Additional Premium:

<li>OEPA Water Distribution Class I License: $1.50/hr.</li>
<li>OEPA Water Distribution Class II License: $1.75/hr.</li>
<li>Class A CDL: $3.50/hr.</li>
<li>Class B CDL: $1.00/hr.</li>
