Key Responsibilities – Civil Project Manager:

Manage overall project schedules and provide weekly updates

The Estimator/Contract Manager plays a crucial role in both the bidding and execution of civil construction projects. This position is responsible for identifying projects to bid, estimating costs, coordinating subcontractor and supplier bids, and ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions. Once a project is awarded, the Estimator/CM manages contract documentation, project setup, change orders, and invoicing. They work closely with the owner, Operations Manager, Project Managers and Foremen to ensure successful project execution, cost control, and final reconciliation.

Our ideal team member for this position will:
