Job Description
The role of the Regional VisionNav AGV Technician is to proactively perform quality maintenance and repairs as scheduled on a route within their assigned Region, communicate and follow-up with our customers as well as their management team, schedule return visits to make follow-up repairs or resolve unplanned service events, and overall to ensure the equipment remains in service and our customers are informed. Technical aspects that involve the guidance system will require the AGV Technician to work and train with the Engineering Team for onsite resolution. The AGV Technician will not be responsible for calibrations and programming changes to the guidance system. The AGV Technician will assist in the remote resolution with issues involved concerning programming, software updates, and guidance system concerns. The AGV Technician will be responsible for doing everything possible to maintain equipment uptime to keep the equipment in service and will act as a liaison with the Engineering Team to ensure customer equipment uptime is achieved. New hires will be trained at our Corporate off in Lawrenceville, GA. Once the training is completed, our Technicians will be deployed to their assigned Region on a scheduled route. · Perform PM’s per the company provided AGV PM Checklist (e.g., oil changes, multiple adjustments required, battery inspections, etc.)

<li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Electrical repairs would exclude programming involved with the guidance system. Bolt-on parts and calibrations would be performed by the Technician (training will be provided). An Engineer will work with the Technician from a programming standpoint where required</li>
<li>Replace worn and faulty components (e.g., motors, brake assemblies, wheels and tires, etc.)</li>

Our Field Logistics Technicians are responsible for:
<ul>
<li>Performing inspections and basic maintenance on rental power generation equipment</li>
<li>Performing fuel delivery on generators deployed/ rented out in the field</li>
<li>Managing rental fleet including organization, material handling, shipping and receiving</li>
<li>Safe delivery, installation, and pick up of rental generator units</li>
<li>Processing required paperwork in a timely and complete manner</li>
<li>Responsible for parts inventory on service truck</li>
<li>Responsible for the care, cleanliness, and upkeep of truck maintenance</li>
<li>Participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call service for our customers</li>
<li>Efficient, effective, safe, and economical use of company time and equipment</li>
<li>Providing recommendations and develop strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of services provided to our customers</li>
<li>Attending meetings as required, including safety and educational sessions</li>
<li>Helping to achieve business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives</li>
<li>Furthering education to stay informed on technological changes and develop knowledge base</li>
<li>Must own basic hand tools</li>
