Busy family practice! Broadway Family Medicine is looking to add a full time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) front desk receptionist to our team. Looking for someone who is wanting a long term position. Selected candidate will be responsible for checking in/out patients, collecting copays and outstanding balances, scheduling follow up appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, processing medical records requests, scanning documents into an EMR, enrolling patients into our Chronic Care Management Program, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
