<li>Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents and general correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Draft standard correspondence, proofread, edit, and format documents.</li>
<li>Coordination and management of calendars, scheduling, and travel plans.</li>
<li>Input time entries accurately and efficiently into the firm’s timekeeping system.</li>
<li>Maintain paper and electronic client and administrative files in accordance with firm procedures and the document management system.</li>
<li>Attention to other administrative tasks including conflict checks, new client/matter intake process, client bills, mail, and expense and reimbursement requests.</li>
<li>Communicate and interact professionally with clients, attorneys, legal team members and staff to deliver a high level of customer service.</li>
<li>Actively participate as a member of the administrative assistant support team to complete work submitted in the Attorney Support Portal.</li>

Qualifications:

Legal Administrative Assistant

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionLHH is recruiting a litigation paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience for the Cleveland office of a national law firm. The litigation paralegal will support attorneys working on a variety of commercial litigation matters pending in State and Federal courts throughout Ohio and the U.S.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare drafts of pleadings, notices, and motions for filings in state and federal court</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of deposition notices and deposition materials</li>
<li>Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and filing documents</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel for interviews and depositions</li>
<li>Track and manage discovery, including document productions and e-discovery</li>
<li>Manage deadlines and ensure timely filing of court documents, including e-filing</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2 or 4-year degree and paralegal certificate preferred; may substitute work experience for education level</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting (defense side)</li>
