Aluminum Casting Operator
The Aluminum Casting Operator performs tasks related to the casting of aluminum such as preparing the casting area for production, beginning and maintaining the cast, collecting samples, and aiding other departments as needed.

How you will contribute
We are seeking experienced, hands-on problem solvers who are passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to our “Dayton” Sidney, OH. team-oriented environment.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to ensure the highest standards of print quality and efficiency. This includes performing quality control checks, troubleshooting press issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will report directly to a hands-on leadership team that is committed to investing in cutting-edge technology and lean manufacturing processes.
Typical Responsibilities:
Review work order packages to verify accuracy and gather required materials.
Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to company and job specifications.
Ensure print quality by maintaining proper production rates, color density, registration, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot press issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Produce and mount flexographic plates while completing all required production records.
Perform in-process inspections and report print quality concerns to management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Ensure proper use of materials and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Perform additional duties assigned to support the production team.
Industry Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can be occasionally loud.
