Position Overview
The Calibration Technician C will apply knowledge of measurement science, mathematics, physics, and electronics to calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment in the Acoustical, Chemical, Dimensional, DC/Low Frequency, RF/Microwave, Fluid, Mechanical, Optical, Thermodynamics, and Time &amp; Frequency disciplines to ensure measurement accuracy. The Calibration Technician C will identify and utilize appropriate manual and automated measurement procedures.
This position will normally receive no instruction on work, applying job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a wide range of difficult tasks, and working on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. The Calibration Technician C will perform laboratory housekeeping and may perform some administrative duties. The Calibration Technician C may be asked to report opinions and interpretations.
 
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IM&amp;TE) in one or more of the following disciplines – Acoustical, Chemical, Dimensional, DC/Low Frequency, RF/Microwave, Fluid, Mechanical, Optical, Thermodynamics, and Time &amp; Frequency, in order to ensure compliance with published specifications</li>
<li>Maintain primary and/or intrinsic calibration standards</li>
<li>Maintain secondary and/or working calibration standards</li>
<li>Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of precision equipment</li>
<li>Develop calibration procedures and methods, according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and other technical requirements</li>
<li>Collect, compile, measure, summarize, and record data gathered during calibration.</li>
<li>Identify IM&amp;TE out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action via adjustments, component replacement, correction factors, etc</li>
<li>Identify and correct measurement errors, as applicable</li>
<li>Prepare calibration reports and certificates</li>
<li>Adapt existing calibration equipment, standards, and techniques to accomplish unique measurements tasks for which they are not principally used</li>
<li>Perform uncertainty evaluation and analysis for measurement standards and associated measurement processes</li>
<li>Train subordinates in calibration concepts and procedures</li>
<li>Interact with other technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, and customers</li>
<li>Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be able to perform general math and algebra functions</li>
<li>Understanding of Basic Statistics</li>
<li>Must possess good written and oral, communication skills</li>
<li>Technical writing ability</li>
<li>Intermediate ability to troubleshoot repair, align and optimize precision equipment</li>
<li>Intermediate computer skills</li>
<li>Proficient in use of MS Word and Excel</li>
<li>Minimum three years of calibration experience some of which can be offset with formal metrology training</li>
<li>Knowledge of Quality Management system (ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and ANSI Z540)</li>

Associate Manufacturing Process Technician
Job Description
As an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, you will routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This position involves inspecting and packaging product-filled vials in accordance with procedures and batch records.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.</li>
<li>Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.</li>
<li>Support internal operations by stocking items, tracking inventory, and managing material movement.</li>
<li>Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.</li>
<li>Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.</li>
<li>Understand, follow, and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.</li>
<li>Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.</li>
<li>Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Prior manufacturing or production experience.</li>
<li>Experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.</li>
<li>Flexible schedule and strong work ethic.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.</li>

Work Environment
Work in a new state-of-the-art facility that is currently undergoing expansion. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and involves standing for long periods. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will set up and operate conventional and special purpose machines to fabricate metallic parts. You will apply your knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials, and layout techniques.
Responsibilities

<li>Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.</li>
<li>Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or workpieces as guides for subsequent machining.</li>
<li>Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as saws, mills, grinding, burning, and drilling equipment.</li>
<li>Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.</li>
<li>Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls as required.</li>
<li>Set up and operate machines on a trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings.</li>
<li>Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and gauge blocks.</li>
<li>Develop specifications from general descriptions and draw sketches of parts or products to resolve machining or assembly problems.</li>
<li>Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.</li>
