Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.
 
We are currently seeking a Contingent Shelter Residential Aide. The Youth Residential Aide will participate in the daily planning routine by conducting admissions and discharges, assessing needs, assisting with linkage to assistance and stabilization of needs, supervising, monitoring, and engaging youth at all times. The Youth Residential Aide will provide supportive services and actively maintain the daily operations of youth shelter programming. The shelter programming will ensure there is a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for youth and co-workers by following all policies and procedures. Residential Aides will provide case management and supportive services. This position will require a comprehensive understanding of cultural and linguistic competencies in working with youth, family systems, and minorities from diverse backgrounds. The residential aide should be capable of maintaining a flexible schedule, which may include on-call responsibilities and night shifts. You could become a Personal Care Specialist that provides quality nursing assistance to patients, assists the family with the care of the patient and works with a team that relies on your input from the close relationship you develop with the patient.
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED; </li>
<li>Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio without any board actions; </li>
<li>One year of experience preferred; </li>
<li>Certification in Hospice &amp; Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred</li>
<li>Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.</li>
<li>Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather. </li>
<li>Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record.</li>
<li>State minimum automobile insurance coverage. </li>
