Job Summary

General Responsibilities

<li>Read, understand, and Implement individual support as written.</li>
<li>Provides assistance and support to individual(s) in activities of daily living</li>
<li>Teach appropriate skills and involve individual(s) in activities supported in meaningful and valued activities</li>
<li>Provides and seeks out opportunities for individual(s) supported to make good choices</li>
<li>Obtain knowledge of individual(s) supported desired outcomes and works to ensure they are integrated into daily activities</li>
<li>Incorporates time, space, and opportunity for privacy in the lives of individuals supported</li>
<li>Assist with purchasing groceries and preparing meals for the individual</li>
<li>Administer oral medication written in ISP and MAR (Must Be Level 1 Medication Administration Certified)</li>
