<li>Certification in Hospice &amp; Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred, required within two years of employment;</li>
<li>Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.</li>
<li>Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record.</li>
