<li>Accurately enter all prospect and resident data into Entrata in a timely manner</li>
<li>Keep files, desk, and leasing area organized</li>
<li>Comply with all Fair Housing regulations, local/state regulations, and other laws as they relate to property specific guidelines and occupancy standards</li>
<li>Inspect market ready units and models each morning</li>
</ul>
Customer Service:
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and preparation of resident functions.</li>
<li>Walk the property for curb appeal and overall property appearance.</li>
<li>Assist with the monitoring and directing of service operations to ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours and curb appeal standards are met</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and display courteous and professional attitude toward all customers</li>
<li>Maintain availability for resident functions, community affiliated events and weekends</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required</li>
<li>Maintain all leasing office standards</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education) </li>
<li>Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing compliance </li>
<li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li>
<li>Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs</li>
<li>Occasionally requires lifting 20 pounds or less</li>
<li>Must be available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule</li>
<li>Experience with RealPage is preferred</li>
<li>Bilingual or multi-lingual experience is a plus</li>
<li>General Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm </li>
