The Network Representative is responsible for the establishment of a Coordinated Provider List (CPL) to provide specialty care services to our patients within specific geographic regions. &nbsp;This individual will report to and work with the Network Director to develop the CPL and serve as the local relationship builder with those providers. &nbsp;This individual will use database systems to manage provider data and produce reports and analysis for the Center, Specialty, MED COE and HCT leaders to support improved medical costs and specialty care utilization. &nbsp;This individual will work closely with and consider feedback from those leaders as they develop the local CPLs. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Has direct accountability for total medical cost and quality of care external to ChenMed within the region.

Builds, refines, and manages a tiered network of coordinated external specialists and facilities to form a Coordinated Provider List (CPL) for those specialties outside of HCT and Specialty Care.&nbsp; Local relationship builder with all providers and payor partners in the CPL.

Identifies areas to improve provider service levels and quality.&nbsp; Leads a quarterly meeting National Specialty Directors and Network Director to review pattern, trends, and opportunities within the CPL.&nbsp;

Responsible for meeting with high volume community specialist at least monthly to give them feedback on their referring trends and practice patterns as it relates to part B &amp; D.

Attends center meetings such as Transforming Care Meetings for to gain feedback about the CPL and educate PCPs about medical cost opportunities.

Meets with individual PCPs regularly (usually monthly or more frequently as needed to support business need) to gain feedback about the CPL and provide targeted education about medical cost opportunities (A/B/D).

Job Purpose
This position exists to support Honda and non-Honda after-market service supply chain. <li>Develop strategic quotation for customer which reflects understanding of customer’s business requirements, supply chain capabilities, and project parameters; consider and analyse all costs to ensure accuracy, sound logic and profitability; review cost logic with internal team members and management for validation and agreement; present final quotation to customer clearly and effectively.</li>
<li>Manage Supplier relationships including negotiate pricing with suppliers, ensure requests are made following project requirements and review for accuracy and competitiveness; ensure business terms are agreed on and in place prior to new project start-up, including order/shipping flow, service requirement for mass production timing as well as non-current timing in a method that supports Parts business and sales growth.</li>
<li>Using MRP analysis, support review of safety stock levels, accurate order quantities and negotiations to ensure appropriate stock on hand. Escalation concerns timely with leadership and customer, identify problems and create solutions to support customer service initiatives.</li>
<li>Third Party Business Partner management; ensure inventory is managed to proper on-hand, allocating, prioritization requirements. Packing material is on-hand for inbound and outbound requirements, pricing is within expected range for all activity, transportation is set according to transportation matrix and billed appropriately, on-time delivery and other KPI’s reviewed and reported on accurately.</li>
<li>Coordinate parts moving from production to E-Coater to ensure on-time and good quality result.</li>
<li>Review Business Partner invoices, open costs and other accounting related needs to ensure all accounts and financials are cleared timely and accurately.</li>
