Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Shop on 2nd Shift.

This person is the supervisor for all 2nd shift maintenance techsAssign work orders to techniciansImplement training programs to technicians Ensure technicians have the parts, tools, and supplies needed to perform repairs. Communicate and represent Keller’s core valuesProvide technician accountability and coaching as neededProvide excellent customer service to driversCoordinate the repairs of equipment lined up by the parts and service coordinatorCommunicate with drivers and driver managers on any repair delaysComplete work order reviews dailyProcess all road calls during shiftEnsure all safety procedures are followed and proper PPE is in useMaintain compliance with FMCSA, EPA, and OSHAHold shift change meetings each day with the1st shift supervisorControl cost through process improvement and prioritizing equipment uptime
