Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Cleveland, OH, serving a K-12 school with a specific focus on a PreK-6th grade caseload. This contract role offers an opportunity to support the academic and emotional development of students within a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in PreK-6th grade
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to design individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective outcomes
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
- Valid Ohio state license in School Psychology
- Experience working with a diverse student population across early childhood and elementary grades is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel
