What Your Day Could Look Like

• Establish strategic project timelines and budgets.
• Partner with stakeholders to architect and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Lead impactful meetings for planning and design review across teams.
• Drive manufacturing strategies and apply design for manufacturing principles.
• Streamline production processes towards optimized milestone achievements.
• Be the nexus between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and project needs are met.
• Navigate and adapt to potential project risks efficiently.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or higher in pertinent Engineering fields or equivalent mastery.
• 5+ years within aerospace or related realms through manufacturing or engineering lenses.
• In-depth understanding of thermoplastics or composite production processes.
• Mastery in managing projects from initiation to fruition.
• Competence in SolidWorks and adeptness in Microsoft Office utilities.
• Acquainted with ERP environments aligned to ISO/AS standards.
• Phenomenal problem-solving, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong client-oriented liaison skill set with internal collaboration acumen.
• Highly motivated, organized, and adept at prioritizing a variety of tasks.
