Key Responsibilities:
- 
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, faulty fixtures, and water heater problems.
 - 
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems such as piping, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
 - 
Work with HVAC technicians when plumbing is integrated with heating and cooling systems.
 - 
Provide clear, courteous communication to customers regarding the scope of work, time estimates, and any required follow-ups.
 - 
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
 - 
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service reports.
 - 
Keep company vehicle stocked, organized, and clean.
 - 
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls, as required.
 
Qualifications:
- 
High school diploma or GED required; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
 - 
Valid plumbing license (state-specific requirements).
 - 
Minimum 2–4 years of plumbing experience, ideally in service and repair.
 - 
Experience working in coordination with HVAC systems is a plus.
 - 
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and equipment.
 - 
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 - 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 - 
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
 - 
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
 
Physical Requirements:
- 
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
 - 
Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, outdoor/indoor).
