Job DescriptionSalary:

• Basic counseling services, offering emotional support to individuals undergoing treatment for substance use disorders, and helping them with coping strategies.
• Ability to assist in the intake process, helping to gather initial information about the client's history, current struggles, and treatment needs.
• Help in the development of treatment plans and may provide feedback or observations about the clients progress.
• Educate clients about the effects of substance use, relapse prevention strategies, and available community resources. They might also refer clients to additional services if needed.
• Assist with organizing and managing client records, tracking progress, and ensuring that clients are following through with their treatment plan.
• Assist in leading group therapy sessions, helping clients share experiences, and supporting a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Track client progress and document all sessions, meetings, and interventions in a confidential and ethical manner.
