Job Details
We are seeking a mid-senior backend engineer to help us grow and scale our Platform. An Ideal candidate would have experience working with distributed systems at scale. We primarily utilize Go(lang), AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, and Terraform.
What You’ll Do
● Enable teams by helping accelerate software delivery through owning and building CI/CD pipelines and IaC modules
● Enforce security and compliance guardrails
● Act like an owner and help enhance, maintain, and deeply understand a variety of services across our Platform
● Provide guidance and proof-of-concepts into emerging technologies for improving our technology stack
● Collaborate with other internal teams to define & clarify application requirements
What You’ll Bring:
● Experience with IaC (e.g. Terraform, AWS CDK), CircleCI, CloudTrail, DynamoDB, AWS Config, etc.
● Experience with containerization best practices
● Experience developing distributed backend infrastructure.
● Experience with serverless technologies (lambda, microservice architectures, containerized apps. etc.)
● Experience with distributed, n-tier software solutions
● Fluent with Golang, or a strongly-typed C-like backend language C#, Java/Kotlin…(Go is highly preferred)
