Location: Eastlake, OH
Pay Range: $38-$45 per hour based on experience
Shift(s) Available: 1st Shift Monday -Friday Flexible Schedule
Key Responsibilities

Operate manual lathes, milling machines, and other shop equipment to perform setups and production runs.

Read and interpret blueprints and machining prints, ensuring accuracy to tight tolerances.

Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify quality.

Troubleshoot and maintain machines to ensure smooth operations.

Perform finishing tasks such as inspections, deburring, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
-
Hands-on experience with manual machining (lathes, mills, or similar).

Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to apply shop math.

Skilled in using precision measuring tools for accurate inspection.

Mechanical aptitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Reliable and consistent attendance with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
