We are representing a well-established and highly regarded Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in New Philadelphia, Ohio, currently seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join its expanding team. The practice is part of a larger, doctor-focused surgical platform that supports premier OMS groups nationwide by providing operational, administrative, and strategic resources—allowing surgeons to remain clinically autonomous while benefiting from scale, stability, and long-term growth opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Structure
Compensation is based on a tiered collections model, allowing earnings to scale directly with productivity. This model is supported by strong reimbursement rates and consistently high collections.
First-Year Income Guarantee
To ensure a confident and stable transition, the practice offers a $33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year while credentialing, referrals, and payor alignment are completed—or the tiered collections payout, whichever is greater. After year one, compensation transitions fully to the collections-based model.
Debt Assistance Program
To help offset student loan obligations during ramp-up, the practice provides $2,000 per month for the first year.
Relocation Assistance
Relocation support is available and negotiable.
Continuing Education Support
A $2,500 annual CE allowance is provided to support advanced clinical training, conferences, and travel.
