As Finished Goods Leader, you are responsible for all phases of facility storage distribution and finished goods operation in a safe and efficient manner.

You Will
- Assures the internal and external flow of finished goods or raw materials is maintained on all shifts/all days.
- Coordinates work flow and personnel between finished goods and raw materials warehouses as needed to meet site needs.
- Maintains target level inventory accuracies.
- Evaluates work performance of Assistant Warehouse Leaders to ensure all warehouse responsibilities are met.
- Continued focus on Site’s quality, reliability, scrap and safety goals are maintained at all times.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
You Have:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing warehouse experience

Sit-down forklift operating experience, as well as experience using an RF scanner

Demonstrated ability to be an effective leader & role model

Ability to utilize Excel to create reports and charts

Experience utilizing an ERP system, with a strong preference for SAP
