Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at a well-maintained apartment community in the Cincinnati, OH (45244) area.

Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a variety of duties, including make-readies, unit turns, and work order completion. Your tasks may involve:

Electrical and plumbing repairs
Appliance diagnostics and repair
Carpentry, drywall, and painting
General grounds clean-up
Snow removal during winter months

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
Strong customer service skills
Own basic tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
