Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school setting in Xenia, OH. This part-time position offers approximately 15-20 flexible hours per week, allowing you to tailor your schedule while delivering essential speech therapy services to a caseload of nine students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address students' unique communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech goals within the educational environment.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on student outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings as needed to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Eligible candidates include SLPs with school experience, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologists, and those specializing in school-based services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Compensation:
