🎉 We're Hiring: Front Desk Reception / Administrative Assistant! 🎉
Are you the kind of person who lights up a room just by walking in? Do you love keeping things organized and making people feel welcome? Then we want YOU to be the face of our office!

💼 Position: Front Desk Reception / Administrative Assistant (Must have experience)
💰 Pay: $17-$19/hr (based on experience)
🕘 Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM

✨ What You'll Be Rocking Daily:

Be our front-line superstar-answer phones, greet guests, and keep the good vibes flowing.
Keep our tech and office systems humming smoothly (phones, internet, MS Office 365-you name it).
Make sure our space is clean, stocked, and safe.
Open and close the office, and help out with errands when needed.
Handle admin tasks like scanning, shredding, filing, and even pitch in on fun marketing projects.
Help clients with forms, signatures, and stay sharp on HIPAA and CMS compliance.
Keep lists updated and tackle customer service with a smile.

🧠 What We are looking for:

Experience as an Administrative Assistant
Office management and marketing know-how
A customer-first mindset and killer organization
CRM and MS Office wizardry
Top-notch communication and people skills
High School diploma required; BS in Marketing, Business, or related field = bonus points!
Friendly, proactive, and results-driven attitude
Valid Ohio Driver's License and Auto Insurance

💪 Physical Stuff:

Mostly sitting, sometimes standing
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Lots of computer and phone time
Envelope stuffing and postage fun
Light office tidying
