In this role you'll help us deliver exceptional value to our members through strategic sourcing and contract management.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will:
- Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of vendor agreements to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Drive Sourcing Initiatives: Manage RFx and bid processes, analyze proposals, and maintain a robust contract pipeline.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new contract opportunities and meet organizational needs.
- Ensure Contract Accuracy: Maintain organized, up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay informed on pricing trends and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
- Enhance Processes: Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined contract management practices.

What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze and interpret contract terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- A solid understanding of procurement best practices and industry regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), to support contract tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
- Ability to travel during regular business hours, overnight or on weekends.
